The mostrale platform
Fairs use the mostrale platform under a written agreement with us. Galleries, collectors and other users of a fair’s portal or viewing room use it under the terms that fair publishes. Where a fair sells works or services through the platform, the sale is between the buyer and the gallery or fair; mostrale is the software provider and not a party to it.
Using this site
You may read, link to and share pages of this site. Please do not try to break, overload or probe it, scrape it in bulk in a way that harms its availability, or use the contact form to send spam or anything unlawful.
Content and names
The text and design of this site belong to mostrale. Fair names mentioned on the site are the trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe work done on mostrale. Artists, works and prices shown in illustrations are invented.
No guarantees
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as it is, without warranties. Descriptions of features are general; what a fair receives is set out in its agreement with us.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, mostrale is not liable for any loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
