A room for every stand
Each gallery hangs its own viewing room from its inventory. You approve rooms before they go live, and publish them on a schedule.
Online viewing rooms
A viewing room for each gallery, on your fair’s domain and under your fair’s brand. Online viewing rooms for Frieze, The Armory Show, EXPO CHICAGO, Independent and SCOPE have run on mostrale.
What collectors and galleries get
Each gallery hangs its own viewing room from its inventory. You approve rooms before they go live, and publish them on a schedule.
Works are shown at their real size relative to each other, with view-in-room at scale so collectors can judge a work before they ask.
Open the viewing room to VIPs and early-access guests before the public opening, with access levels you control.
Collectors search and filter every work at the fair by artist, medium, price range and section, and browse the sections you curate.
Artist, title, medium, size and price or “price on request”. When a work is reserved or sold, its label changes everywhere at once.
Enquiries go straight to the gallery’s inbox. Selected works can be bought outright by card through Stripe.
Collectors save works, keep shortlists and export them as a PDF to share with an advisor.
Rooms and works are server-rendered on your domain, with clean URLs, structured data and social previews.
Buy-now
The gallery marks selected works as buy-now. Everything else takes enquiries.
When a collector starts checkout, the work is held for them so nobody else can buy it at the same time.
The collector pays by card through Stripe. Shipping is set per work: included, a fixed charge, or quoted by the gallery.
The work shows as sold everywhere at once, and the gallery and the collector get a confirmation.
The viewing room works on its own or with the rest of the platform.
